SOCIAL POLICY

Since the beginning of its history, our Company has chosen to operate in compliance with the requirements of "Corporate Social Responsibility", later also voluntarily adhering to the SA8000 standard, with the aim and commitment of operating according to "ethical principles" with all its interlocutors.

All this in compliance with the main conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), national legislation and the conditions set out in national bargaining in the field of:
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
- Child labor
- Child labor
- Health and Safety
- Prevention of any phenomenon of discrimination and abuse
- Regularity and transparency in employment contracts, recording of working hours, payment of wages due.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Our Company is committed to preventing pollution, to ensure the safeguard and protection of the environment.
In particular, the organization is committed to:
- inform the company bodies that the Legal Representative is responsible for all aspects of environmental responsibility, even though a person has been designated solely to verify the application of part of its policies in the area of recycled products;
- comply with current legislation and any voluntary agreements regarding their significant environmental impacts;
- carry out continuous control of the production process and monitor the related environmental aspects, in particular water and energy consumption and the production of waste and effluents;
- define objectives and adopt procedures and/or operating practices in order to reduce water and energy consumption;
- adopt procedures and/or operating practices aimed at minimising the production of waste and effluents;
- adopt procedures for the prevention and management of environmental emergencies;
- provide company personnel with adequate training on relevant environmental aspects;
- adopt an improvement program.
